** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of IT channel partners, fostering long-term, value-driven relationships.
* Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored solutions aligned to partner business goals and market opportunities.
* Own and deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets, with clear accountability for performance.
* Identify and drive new business opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and vendor-led initiatives.
* Collaborate with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and vendor teams to maximise share of wallet.
* Manage sales pipelines proactively, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
* Deliver timely and accurate quotations, negotiating where appropriate to win business.
* Promote TD SYNNEX’s full value proposition across the IT channel, including services, solutions, and vendor programmes.
* Maintain high service levels, manage backorders, and ensure an exceptional partner experience.
* Build strong internal relationships to navigate and deliver complex deals efficiently.
* Stay commercially aware of market trends, vendor strategies, and competitor activity.

** What You’ll Bring
** We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who combine commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills.
* 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within the IT channel or technology distribution environment.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
* Strong understanding of the reseller/vendor landscape and how the channel operates.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident managing partner relationships via phone, email, and virtual engagement.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
* Experience using CRM systems, SAP, and quoting tools (highly advantageous).
