Regional Sales Consultant — Permanent, Full Time

📍 Field-based, with quick access to motorway networks 🕒 Full time, 37.5 hours/week 🏢 External Sales

The Role

As a Regional Sales Consultant, you'll drive growth in the machine and device manufacturing sector across your territory. You'll own the full sales cycle — engaging senior management, supply chain professionals, and engineers — tailoring solutions that solve real problems and demonstrate the value of our products. Expect a mix of new business hunting and growing existing accounts, working closely with our distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

* Build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities and markets

* Maintain good relationships with our distributor sales partners

* Keep accurate CRM records

* Live our company values

Skills & Experience

* Technical expertise in automation and proven sales experience preferred

* Engineering-based technical qualification desirable

* Current driving licence (company car provided) and passport for occasional European/international travel
