We are looking for a full time Business Development Executive to join Goldentree's sales team.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Business Development Manager to manage the process of receiving a new loan enquiry, undertaking initial diligence to see if it is a loan we would like to do, issuing indicative lending terms, booking in valuations and site visits, managing the loan through the internal underwriting process and finally getting the loan completed.
The role will also involve dealing with Commercial Finance Brokers, existing clients and new clients to Goldentree via email and on the telephone so good communications skills, being well organised and having good interpersonal skills are important for this role.
There is also the opportunity to attend trade events such as exhibitions and road-shows, join the Business Development Manager at meetings with Commercial Finance Brokers and meet clients at their properties.
This role represents a good training ground for an individual who has aspirations to become a Business Development Manager of the future.
The role is full time (08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday) and is fully office based
