North East Salary: £35,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000) Benefits: 26 days holiday  bank holidays  birthday off | 6.5% employer pension contribution | One weekend off in four About the Role We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star, award-winning house builder for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a high-performing sales team in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property sales professional with new homes experience to represent a premium developer, guiding customers through every stage of their home-buying journey while earning an excellent uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities Sell high-quality new build homes from a busy sales development. Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through reservation, exchange and legal completion. Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualify leads and convert enquiries into reservations. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, site teams and internal departments to ensure smooth sales progression. Ensure the sales office, show homes and development are presented to the highest standard at all times. Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. Monitor competitor activity and local market conditions. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Executive , New Homes Consultant , or Property Sales Executive with a recognised house builder.

A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Outstanding customer service and sales ability. Experience managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion. Well-presented, organised and self-motivated. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer £35,000 basic salary. Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £65,000.
