Senior Inside Sales Executive – Fire Safety EMEA Sales Team
We are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our Fire Safety EMEA Sales Team, supporting customers across the UK and helping shape safer buildings and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth. You will play a critical role in guiding customers through complex compliance requirements while partnering with technical experts to deliver exceptional service and value.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing customers and new prospects, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful project launch.
- Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and growth opportunities, positioning UL Solutions as a strategic partner.
- Educate customers on fire safety testing, certification, and regulatory requirements, helping them navigate complex compliance and market access pathways.
- Deliver compelling customer presentations, proposals, and value‑based sales conversations that clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with UL Solutions.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer objectives.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a strong and healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Monitor industry developments, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable market insights.
- Partner with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a strong ability to build and grow customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Experience selling Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) services or other technical, compliance‑focused solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of or experience within the Built Environment sector would be nice to have.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into business opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- A proactive, customer‑centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn in a technical and evolving industry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, and operational teams.

The salary range for this position is based on multiple factors, including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 55% of base salary.
