Title
Sales Executive – Waste Management & Recycling Business Development
LocationNational role; based in the North / Midlands (North of Birmingham).
Salary£35‑45,000 plus bonus &car.
Role OverviewResponsible for selling Total Waste Management services to medium‑sized companies within the sectors listed below. Focus on contracts with an annual value of £30‑100K.
Key Responsibilities- Self‑generate leads and build potential client lists.
- Secure appointments and conduct cold calls within assigned territories.
- Present solutions and close new‑business contracts.
- Field‑sales experience in Waste Management & Recycling, Hospitality, Catering, Brewery, Food Production, Clinical Waste or related sectors.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Full UK driving licence with six points or less.
- Drive and self‑sufficiency.
- Willingness to learn the pest sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
