Field Sales Executive – Warrington / St Helens

Location: Warrington / St Helens
Salary: £32,595 OTE per annum (annual base £26,500 + commission £6,095)
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hrs week)

Represent Heinz across major retailers in the assigned territory. Deliver brand visibility, maximise in‑store execution and use data‑driven insights to enhance performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners while operating independently and proactively.

• Complete daily store visits in line with the journey plan to meet core KPIs.
• Create and manage impactful in‑store displays and interventions that drive incremental sales.
• Cultivate strong relationships with store colleagues, securing additional space and influencing displays.
• Capture accurate data and report activities through the 360 system.
• Provide timely feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Leverage sales insights and alerts to take proactive action within stores.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, target‑driven, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.
• Full manual UK driving licence.
• Organised, reliable, comfortable working independently.
• IT literate, confident with mobile data capture tools.
• Retail, FMCG or sales experience desirable but not essential.
