Trainee Recruitment Consultant

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, sales-driven individual to join the well-established Construction division at Ionic Recruitment.

Due to continued growth, repeat business, and newly secured PSL agreements, we are looking to add a Trades & Labour Consultant to our high-performing warm Trades & Labour team.

What we’re looking for:

* Motivated, driven, and career-focused individuals with a genuine desire to succeed

* Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with both clients and candidates at all levels

* Previous sales experience — either phone-based or face-to-face

* Confident in managing both candidate delivery and client interaction

* A full UK driving licence, as meeting clients and candidates will form part of the role

* A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and support wider business growth
