Business Development Manager | Remote | 12pm - 9pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing international business, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships across a portfolio of industry-leading events. Salary : £40-50k plus commission Location :
Remote Hours : 12pm – 9pm What You'll Do Identify, develop and secure new sponsorship, membership and partnership opportunities across a portfolio of international executive events Build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop long-term strategic partnerships Research new markets and identify opportunities to support business growth Prepare and present commercial proposals and partnership pitches Work closely with marketing, research and operations teams to onboard new partners Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the CRM system Represent the business at industry events and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities Who You Are At least three years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships or B2B sales Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets

Experience with in events, conferences, media or the technology sector is advantageous Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills Proficient with CRM systems such as Hub Spot or Salesforce Willing to travel internationally when required Benefits: 21 days annual leave plus bank holiday Gym membership Annual company retreat PM203209
