We'relooking for a Customer Sales & Service Advisor to join our team, helping customers through a consultative sales approach while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you'll maximise sales opportunities through inbound customer interactions, using your communication and relationship-building skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and support new customer acquisition. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, web chat and other communication channels.

Using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.

Maximising sales opportunities through cross-selling, upselling and new customer acquisition activities.

Negotiating within agreed guidelines to improve conversion rates and profitability.

Supporting fuel and ancillary product sales campaigns and prospecting initiatives.

Achieving sales, service and performance targets while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Resolving customer complaints efficiently and within agreed service levels.

Accurately recording customer interactions, quotations, enquiries and sales activity on company systems.

Proven experience in telephone sales, upselling and cross-selling.

Strong customer service and communication skills .

Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.

Target-driven and results-focused approach.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
