About the CompanyOur client is a leading supplier of automotive parts with over 53 parts centres across the UK. Due to continued growth and investment in their online sales channels, they are now looking to recruit an experienced eCommerce Co-ordinator to join their team based in Woolston, Warrington .
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and data-driven eCommerce professional to play a key role in driving online sales performance across multiple platforms, including the company website, Amazon and eBay.
The RoleAs an eCommerce Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the company's online sales channels by ensuring products are effectively merchandised, competitively priced and visible to the widest possible audience.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external platforms to maximise online sales opportunities, improve product visibility and contribute towards overall business growth.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support online sales channels including the company website, Amazon and eBay
- Optimise product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Ensure products are competitively priced and effectively merchandised
- Support eCommerce projects and initiatives from planning through to delivery
- Improve organic search rankings and online product reach
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor marketplace performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Work collaboratively within a busy team, including colleagues working remotely
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in eCommerce
- At least 1 year's experience delivering eCommerce projects
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and selling platforms
- Experience selling products through Amazon, eBay and web shop platforms
- Knowledge of intermediary software such as Linnworks, Volo or similar multi-channel selling systems
- Understanding of SEO and the principles of improving organic search rankings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively within a team
- A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
Automotive parts experience is not required.
