My client are looking for a Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join a growing specialist travel business, where your expertise, enthusiasm and sales ability will make a genuine difference.
You'll be working with warm leads, inbound calls and online enquiries, helping customers find the perfect holiday while delivering the exceptional level of service they expect from a specialist travel expert.
The Role This isn't simply about selling holidays. It's about understanding what a customer really wants, using your expertise to bring their ideas to life and creating an experience they'll want to come back for. You'll use your knowledge of worldwide destinations, cruise, luxury travel and multiple suppliers to create tailored holidays and bespoke itineraries - while building strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Take warm inbound enquiries and speak with customers who are ready to book their next adventure. Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs, preferences and expectations. Use your travel expertise and a range of supplier systems to find the perfect holiday match. Package multiple travel products to create bespoke itineraries tailored to individual customers. Confidently overcome objections and use your sales skills to convert enquiries into bookings.
Process customer payments accurately and securely. Work across supplier websites and booking systems to confirm all elements of the customer's holiday. Accurately input and maintain booking information within internal systems. Consistently work towards - and exceed - booking and sales targets. Ensure every detail is accurate, from the initial enquiry through to final confirmation. Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat bookings and customer loyalty. Experience required;
We're looking for someone who combines sales drive with genuine passion for travel. You'll be:
Target-driven - motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals and excited by performance-related rewards. Customer-focused - naturally able to build rapport and create a personalised experience for every customer. Detail-oriented - meticulous when handling bookings, payments and customer information. A strong communicator - confident, engaging and professional both verbally and in writing. A quick learner - comfortable picking up new systems, products and processes.
Positive and proactive - someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine can-do attitude to their work. Ideally, you'll have: A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience working in a target-driven, bonus-focused environment. Previous experience within a travel agency, travel sales or travel contact-centre environment. Experience delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalised travel recommendations. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience creating bespoke holidays by packaging multiple travel products. Experience selling luxury European, worldwide or cruise holidays. Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS). Strong knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and the confidence to inspire customers with your recommendations. Experience using multiple supplier websites and booking platforms. Excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Why join this company?
