They’re now looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Negotiator who wants to work for an independent agency where they can make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for managing buyers, generating and converting opportunities, conducting viewings and negotiating offers, while building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors.

The successful candidate will be commercially driven, confident on the phone and face-to-face, and motivated by delivering results without compromising on service.

Key Responsibilities Managing and qualifying buyer enquiries Conducting property viewings and confidently presenting properties Proactively following up applicants and generating sales opportunities Matching buyers to suitable properties Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process Providing regular and proactive communication Progressing agreed sales through to completion Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date Supporting business development and generating new opportunities Stay up to date on market trends Meet individual and Team targets Always representing the company and its properties professionally About You Experienced within residential property sales or lettings Confident, personable and commercially minded Driven by targets and motivated by earning commission An excellent communicator and negotiator Proactive, organised and able to manage a busy workload Persistent and resilient, with a positive attitude Passionate about property and delivering an excellent client experience Comfortable taking ownership and working independently A strong team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment Some Letting duties required when needed If you are interested in this role and would like to know more,  or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
