Resident Engagement Officer
Location:
Warrington
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 P.A (DOE)

Our client is a leading building contractor in the UK, delivering high-quality construction projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They are known for their commitment to excellence, safety, and strong community engagement.
As a Resident Engagement Officer, you will be the main point of contact between residents, stakeholders, and the project team to support on-site activities. You will ensure residents are informed, concerns are addressed, and the project maintains positive community relations.
What's involved for the Resident Engagement Officer…- Act as the primary contact for residents and local stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project progress, schedules, and potential disruptions effectively
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate and attend community meetings, briefings, and site visits as required
- Maintain accurate records of communications, issues, and actions taken
- Liaise closely with site management to resolve concerns and implement mitigation measures
- Provide input to project teams on community engagement strategies
- Monitor and report on resident satisfaction and community impact
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and Health & Safety standards
- Previous experience in resident liaison, community engagement, or customer-facing roles (construction experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proactive, solution-focused, and confident in handling challenging situations
- Knowledge of construction processes, Health & Safety, or planning regulations is a plus
- Ability to travel to sites in Manchester as required
- Monday - Friday, 8-4.30pm (Core hours)
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Christmas shut down
