You may already be successful in a 360 recruitment role but want to focus on client acquisition, account development and shaping new markets. Alternatively, you may have built your commercial career within one of our specialist sectors and know how to engage the organisations and decision-makers driving its future.

Ativo works with ambitious start-ups bringing new ideas to market through to global enterprises delivering innovation, growth and critical infrastructure projects. You'll identify where our expertise can add genuine value, create credible commercial opportunities and develop them into successful client accounts.

Working closely with our recruitment consultants, you'll help grow Ativo's presence across specialist markets by:

• Identifying and engaging organisations where Ativo can add genuine value.
• Opening informed conversations with relevant decision-makers.
• Understanding clients' growth plans, projects and evolving talent requirements.
• Developing new opportunities into sustainable client accounts.
• Supporting account growth as relationships and hiring needs develop.
• Sharing market intelligence and commercial insight across the team.

You’ll remain connected to the client journey, working alongside our consultants to ensure that every opportunity is supported by knowledgeable recruitment delivery and a consistently high standard of service.

You could be an experienced 360 recruiter who knows that client acquisition and account growth are where you add the greatest value. Equally, you may come from business development, account management or a commercial role within engineering, energy, power, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, technology or another relevant specialist sector.

You'll bring:

• Experience of creating commercial opportunities and developing client accounts.
• Confidence engaging decision-makers and leading credible conversations.
• The ability to understand an organisation's direction, challenges and future requirements.
• A consultative approach based on relevance, insight and sound judgement.
• Commercial ambition balanced by patience, professionalism and long‑term thinking.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of responsibility for the quality of every client interaction.

Recruitment experience would be valuable, but it isn’t the only route into this position. Strong sector knowledge, commercial credibility and the ability to open the right doors can provide an equally strong foundation.
