Solutions Engineer

At Syrenis, we’re a fast-growing SaaS company specialising in enterprise consent and preference management, and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing pre-sales team.

This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys making complex topics clear and credible. You’ll be the day-to-day technical partner to our Sales team, helping prospects see what the Syrenis platform can do.

• Delivering tailored product demos and presentations to prospective clients, virtually and in person.
• Running early discovery calls with Sales and mapping prospect needs to platform capabilities.
• Supporting RFP responses, security questionnaires and technical deep dives.
• Owning and maintaining demo environments, with room to grow into more complex, strategic work over time.

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting or implementation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• A good working understanding of web technologies, APIs and integrations, and data privacy principles such as GDPR and CCPA.
• An engaging presenter who can simplify complexity and tailor demos for both technical and business audiences.
• Confidence working in fast-paced, high-stakes sales cycles.
