AGL Electrician

ATG Airports is the UK’s leading provider of Airfield Services to both Military and Civil Airfields in the UK and within the International marketplace. Following a recent assessment of the operational business needs there is a requirement to appoint an Airfield Ground Lighting Electrician.

The successful candidate for this position will be part of the AGL installation team working at military and civil airports within the United Kingdom, and will undertake the installation of Airfield Ground Lighting equipment at various locations.

• Undertake all Electrical works in accordance with current legislation and agreed scope of works
• Undertake all works in a safe manner whilst adhering to company and industry Health and Safety requirements
• To install LV wiring systems
• To undertake the installation of AGL systems
• Maintain a good knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality Management

• Working effectively in an Installation Electrician’s role for at least 3 years
• Working in a continuous improvement culture
• Collating and presenting accurate information in a timely manner

• NVQ 3 Electrical Installation
• AM2
• CSCS

• Self driven with a positive outlook
• Clear focus on high quality presentation
• Effective organiser who critically assesses own performance
• Excellent communicator at all levels

Must be a UK/EU National / Valid work permit
