£34,067.00 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience – discuss with recruiter). May require work further afield; travel times considered part of working hours.

• First and second‑fix plumbing.
• Repair/renew ceiling, floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T&G or sheet flooring.
• Repair/renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting paneling.
• Patch plastering.
• Installation of shower trays.
• Tiling of walls.
• Installation of bathroom suites including WC, WHB and mixer showers.
• Painting and decoration to a decent standard.
• Radiator installation including draining down and re‑filling systems.

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
• Experience as a Multi‑Trade Joiner/Plumber.
• Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.
• Plastering trade discipline (desired).
• Ability to carry out multi‑skill trades, core joinery or plumbing, and experience working within a social housing environment (desired).
• Driving licence is essential.
• Skilled workers must hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and own tools.
