Commercial Heating Engineer

We are recruiting for a Heating Engineer to join our Engineering team at Emtec Climate Solutions. You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality reactive, service and maintenance support into commercial and industrial businesses.

You’ll work on boilers, heaters and oil fired heating equipment, taking jobs from diagnostic stage through to completion, including reactive works, fault finding, breakdowns, servicing and routine maintenance.

This is a field based role covering the North West with some visits to the HQ. The role is ideal for Engineers who are used to working independently, identifying and resolving faults and representing Emtec on customer sites.

Reactive works and fault resolution

• Attend reactive call outs and breakdowns across customer sites
• Diagnose faults on boilers, heaters and oil-fired heating systems
• Carry out safe, effective repairs and elevate issues where required
• Undertake electrical checks and minor electrical tasks as part of heating diagnostics
