Qualified Social Worker needed for our First Response Team in Warrington, Paying £30 ph!

• Rate: £30 ph
• Working Pattern: Contract | Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Worker to join Warrington’s First Response Team on a 3-month contract
. This role offers the chance to work within a fast‑paced, supportive team focused on delivering timely interventions and connecting individuals with the right services to promote independence and wellbeing.

• Screen and triage Adult Social Care referrals through the duty function.
• Undertake Care Act 2014 assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Complete Carers Assessments and personalised support planning.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and facilitate Best Interest decisions
  .
• Screen and prioritise Adult Safeguarding concerns
  , including Section 42 enquiries
  .
• Contribute to Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes
  .
• Provide professional oversight of complex cases and review care packages where required.
• Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve holistic outcomes.
• Apply a strengths-based approach that promotes independence and wellbeing.
