Warrington Women's Aid is seeking a Domestic Abuse Complex Support Worker to assist women and children affected by domestic abuse, including those with complex needs. You will provide trauma-informed support, safety planning, and advocacy to help with safety, recovery, and independence.
You will hold a caseload across refuge, community, or moving on to independent housing, working with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Strong record-keeping and compassionate resilience are essential.
