Birchwood Community High School is seeking an Attendance Officer to join our pastoral team. You will monitor daily attendance, follow up on absences, and build strong relationships with students and families to encourage regular attendance.
You will work with staff and external agencies to support pupils with attendance concerns, keep accurate records, and produce reports for senior leaders, contributing to safeguarding and wellbeing priorities in a busy school environment.
