Crystal Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our 2:4 shift pattern with sleep-ins in our residential services for young people aged 16–25. You will build positive relationships, act as a key worker, and contribute to care plans while promoting wellbeing and independence.
Flexibility for weekends and sleep-ins is required; a Full UK Driving Licence is preferred. The role offers a supportive, values-driven environment across multiple homes in the North West of England.
