Class 1 ADR Driver

Location: Appleton Thorn
We are currently assisting one of the UK’s leading waste management businesses, in their search for an ADR qualified, class 1 driver.

As well as ensuring the safe transportation of hazardous goods on a daily basis, you will be expected to operate state of the art DISAB suction units to meet a wide range of customers requirements.

This position involves working with a huge network of customers across Europe. Therefore, overseas driving and staying away from home will be required.

Although DISAB operating experience is NOT required, successful applicants will need the following:

* 6 months class 1 driving experience

* Valid CPC & digi-tacho cards

* ADR licence (tanks)

* An understanding of health & safety protocols

* The ability to travel and work in Europe when required

* The ability to work as part of a team and independently
