We're Hiring! Fleet Administrator at GBA Logistics.
Location:
Warrington. Full-time (40 hours). Salary: £28,500 - £29,500 (DOE).

Key Responsibilities For Fleet Administrator- Plan, coordinate, and optimise vehicle allocation and utilisation to maximise fleet efficiency and minimise downtime
- Manage maintenance planning, downtime, parts availability, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable fleet availability
- Monitor fuel usage, telematics data, and performance metrics, driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies, promoting a strong safety‑first culture
- Manage fleet budgets, cost controls, spend reporting, and support financial planning activities
- Support incident investigations, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Compliance, IT, Finance, and operational teams, providing live performance reporting to leadership
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fleet administration, logistics, operations, engineering, or a related field, with fleet or transport management experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Highly analytical, with hands‑on experience using fleet management systems, telematics, and Excel
- Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, procurement, and vendor management
- Strong commitment to safety, regulatory, and company compliance, actively promoting a safety‑first culture
- Proven ability to manage multiple vehicles, schedules, and records, balancing priorities across operational demands
- A proactive team player who can work independently, drive continuous improvement, and professionally represent GBA Logistics
