FLT Driver

We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using Reach Trucks at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington. We offer a permanent full‑time position working 5 days from 7 each week, including weekends.

• Day shift (6:00–14:00)
• Afternoon shift (12:00–20:00)
• Late shift (14:00–22:00)
• Night shift (22:00–6:00)

Pay, working hours & benefits:
We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.69 per hour for day shifts. We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full‑time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime is regularly available.

As one of our Reach Truck / FLT drivers you will:

• Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Keep accurate records.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

You will need:

• To have previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in‑date Reach Truck licence.
• To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment then let us know about it in your application.
