Fleet Coordinator

Position: Fleet Coordinator - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

There is the equivalent pay of £26,660 pa with the opportunity of a performance bonus and enhanced overtime pay. The role offers office working hours with no evenings or weekends.

What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator?

Managing and coordinating vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance
Responding to driver calls and resolving fleet-related queries
Assessing reported vehicle defects and determining the appropriate course of action
Taking ownership of fleet incidents, liaising with accident management providers and operational teams
Updating operations teams with repair progress and completion times
Maintaining fleet records, including breakdowns, defects and purchase orders
Updating and maintaining the internal fleet management system
Ensuring vehicle maintenance records are compliant
Monitoring supplier performance
Completing incident documentation
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a Customer Service role
Experience in an admin, support or coordination role within a Fleet, Transport, Logistics, Helpdesk, Operations or similar environment would be very interesting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with accurate keyboard skills
Due to the location and limited public transport links, candidates will ideally have their own transport to commute to site.
