Warehouse Operative; Picker

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington. The role is a permanent full‑time position with various shift patterns reading 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.

• 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.

• Pay: £13.69 – £14.85 per hour (hourly rate depends on shift and age: day shifts £10.90 under 21, afternoon/late/night shifts £12.35 under 21).
• Guaranteed minimum of 37.5 hours per week; overtime available.

• Night shift – 22:00 to 06:00.

• Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
• Keep accurate records.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

• Age 18 or over.
• Physically fit, able to achieve productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is an advantage but not essential.
