£13.07 per hour

In addition to our competitive salary, our full‑time colleagues enjoy a minimum of 32 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays) and a 3% contribution into your pension. Our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles, as well as the sorting and scanning of parcels into cages.

At our hub we process between 40,000 and 100,000 parcels in a shift, with teamwork and smart kit to help. You’ll use hand‑held terminals (HHTs), pump‑trucks (once trained), and conveyor systems that deliver parcels to you. Afterwards you will sort them into “collars” for smaller areas and postcodes.

Full‑time contracts are 37.5 hours per week, including some weekend shifts; a full‑time schedule consists of any five shifts out of seven, with rosters given in advance.
