About the Role:

The Patient Financial Services Representative plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth financial experience for patients within healthcare facilities across the United States. This position is responsible for managing patient accounts, assisting with billing inquiries, and facilitating payment processes to support the financial health of the organization. The representative acts as a liaison between patients and the healthcare provider, helping to clarify insurance coverage, payment options, and financial assistance programs.

Ultimately, the Patient Financial Services Representative contributes to the overall patient satisfaction and operational efficiency of the healthcare facility.

Minimum Qualifications:
