Licensed Veterinary Technician - Stewart Animal Clinic

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
  • Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and supporting professional growth.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and answering questions.
  • Contribute to a positive culture by participating in training, providing feedback, and maintaining high standards.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
  • Current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
  • Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
  • Calm and efficient in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred:
    One year of experience in the veterinary industry.
