The role

We are looking for a Business Developer to help build MIM Fertility’s presence in the United States — through research, validation, relationship-building, and operational activities.

• Independently analyze the market and translate insights into concrete, priority-aligned actions
• Move smoothly between research, operations, and collaboration with clinics

Key responsibilities

• Building relationships with clinics, patients, and business partners in the US
• Conducting market research and validating our offering
• Developing insights and recommending strategic actions
• Overseeing documentation (e.g., NDAs, contracts) in cooperation with the legal team
• Coordinating work with external partners (clinics, consultants, legal teams)

Working conditions

• Hybrid work model with flexible hours aligned to US time zones
• Willingness to travel for business (US and Europe)

What we’re looking for (skills & experience)

• Experience in business development, research, or market expansion — ideally in Med Tech/Health Tech/Fertility
• Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with diverse partners (scientists, physicians)
• A “Can Do” attitude and proactive mindset
• Business maturity

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the US market
• Technical or STEM education

What we offer

• Growth opportunities toward Senior Business Developer, Market Expansion Lead, or an ownership role for the US market (depending on performance and ambitions)
• High autonomy combined with a supportive team environment
• Compensation under an employment contract (UoP): 10,000–15,000 PLN gross
