Full Time Hourly Admin Support Warsaw, IN, US

Starting Pay : $19.25+ (pay is reviewed after 90 days)

Are you a friendly, customer-service oriented individual interested in working for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As an associate at our Warsaw-based call center you will:

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service over the telephone.
• Assist customers and Lake City Bank employees with questions on accounts, loans, branch hours, ATM and Debit cards, Internet Banking, technical issues and more.
• Refer bank products and services to fill your customers' needs.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of bank operations preferred.
• Understanding of bank procedures and policies.

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 10:00-7:00 (time and a half after 6:00)
• Sunday: 10:00-4:00 (double time)
