Chicago 120mA growing and collaborative primary care team in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused outpatient setting. The practice welcomes new residents and offers robust support for building strong, long-term patient relationships.Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Focus on prevention, wellness, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Treat patients of all ages within the full scope of family medicine
• No ER call
• Collaborate with experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
