Controls Engineer; NO C2C

(This is a hands on manufacturing role, not a software/QA role)

We are looking for someone with an electrical, controls, and machine vision background to integrate & automate hardware into controls systems. This person will work to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.

• Integrating new automated components
• Process and document automation test plans, user requirements, and other drafting reports
• Install and repair electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and inspect designs for quality control
• Utilizing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs
• Working with robotics & HMI systems

• Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
• Working experience in a highly regulated industry
• Demonstrated experience integrating hardware into automation systems
• Proficiency with PLC's, Allen Bradley/Ladder Logic, and HMI systems
• PLM software system experience
• Familiarity with Vision Systems
• Solid documentation skills (Drafting user requirements, test protocols, and validation/qualification reports)
