Manufacturing Engineer II

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support efficient production processes for medical devices. The role involves process development, documentation management, feasibility analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturing methods and meet quality standards.

• Maintain and improve controlled technical documents including prints, procedures, and bills of materials
• Support diverse processing applications such as machining, casting, heat treating, and molding
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess product costs and equipment requirements
• Develop and execute project plans while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Provide training and mentorship to entry-level engineers

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 1 year engineering experience
• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project
• Strong problem-solving skills using quality and statistical tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-complexity projects independently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
