• Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates
• Prepare and structure investment memos
• Create complex financial models for transaction purposes
• Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and active participation in a due‑diligence process
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses
• Contribute meaningfully to the team with your personality and professional knowledge

• An excellent university degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in Polish and English
