You’ll be at the heart of a transformational SAP S/4 HANA implementation, working across international teams to modernize how financial services accounting operates worldwide – from contract management to consolidated reporting.

SFS Accounting & Controlling, Special Projects
team in Warsaw, where you’ll support the implementation of next-generation financial systems while maintaining the integrity of global accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.

This is a specialist role embedded in an international environment, working directly with finance teams across multiple SFS entities and supporting global and local accounting and reporting processes, as well as testing and migration activities for the rollout of the new SAP S/4 HANA platform.

You'll create impact by:
  • Supporting the implementation and migration to the S/4 HANA platform, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Contributing to the digitalization and automation initiatives to streamline financial processes
  • Supporting internal and external audit activities related to S/4 HANA implementation and ongoing serviced processes
  • Acting as a trusted service provider to global Siemens Finance accounting, controlling, and reporting processes, ensuring quality and consistency across entities
  • Supporting the functional design and testing of accounting engines and sub-ledgers in contract management systems (e.g., ALFA) and the general ledger system
  • Collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders:
    Siemens Financial Services entities, Global Shared Services, IT, Corporate Finance to align processes and deliver results
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of
    IFRS standards
    and the curiosity to dig into guidance when you need it
  • Financial services accounting background (lending and leasing)
    with understanding of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, and IFRS 15
  • Hands‑on experience with
    SAP systems (R/3 and/or S/4 HANA) and financial services contract management systems
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Self‑driven and results‑focused: you work independently while genuinely enjoying learning new processes and taking on challenges
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; you can break down complex financial concepts
  • Real passion for digitalization and hands‑on experience making automation happen
  • You thrive in multicultural, international teams and enjoy working across regions
