Now we’re looking for Tech Leads — the people who turn vision into reality, ensuring our web and mobile products are implemented, launched, and scaled with excellence.

If Strategic Designers lead projects up to launch, Tech Leads take full responsibility once we build, launch, and scale. You are not “just coding” — you are accountable for making technology work at scale in the real world, often under the most demanding conditions.
This means:

Taking ownership of public sector platforms, enterprise ecosystems, and high-stakes apps where failure is not an option.

Standing in the frontline during launches with ministries, banks, or telcos, ensuring everything works flawlessly.

Being the accountable owner of technology delivery — not just writing code, but ensuring the systems you lead are stable, secure, and successful long-term.

Traveling regularly (approx. once per month or every two months) to client offices in Europe and the Middle East to ensure face-to-face alignment, trust, and delivery accountability.

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of high-stakes web and mobile projects (from implementation through scale-up).

Design and oversee system architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance digital products — selecting the right technologies, ensuring performance optimization, and managing trade-offs between delivery and long-term quality.

Ensure smooth integrations with APIs, backends, and cloud services.

Coordinate and mentor developers (internal & external), ensuring code quality, knowledge sharing, and the growth of junior/mid-level team members.

Oversee Dev Ops processes — CI/CD, Terraform, cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Hetzner Cloud), and the stability of production/staging environments.

Bridge business, design, and technology — challenging assumptions, ensuring feasibility, and translating vision into execution.

Manage technical debt — balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.

Oversee deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization for both web and mobile apps.

Monitor and grow products post-launch — ensuring they evolve, improve, and stay profitable.

Support multi-project delivery by context switching between clients and managing resources effectively.

Your KPIs: profitability of your project, client satisfaction (CSAT), and long-term partnership potential (MRR).

Not just another developer — but a technology leader ready to own full delivery accountability for projects at national or enterprise scale.

Proven experience leading high-pressure implementations where reliability and security are critical (banking, telco, gov, or equivalent).

Strong expertise in modern web and mobile stacks — React, React Native, Node.js, Type Script, PHP, SQL databases, Sulu CMS, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Hetzner Cloud).
