Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firm’s applications and businesses. Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacenter infrastructure to large scale cloud services, with the shared goal of providing the most reliable, performant, modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business. We also deliver end‑user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams.

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Handle server installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
• Implement and maintain security measures using various security tools to protect server environments. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Leverage Quest software solutions for server management and optimization. Implement and maintain these tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management to ensure robust network services.
• Use Splunk for monitoring server performance and security events. Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system management, and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with IT and Info Sec teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows server administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with Quest products and their application in server environments.
• Proficiency in scripting with Power Shell for automation and task management.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices, as well as Splunk for monitoring.
• Experience with Infoblox or similar network management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
