We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience and the ability to lead both functional and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects with a focus on end-to-end data integration and Snowflake migration. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution while ensuring alignment with business goals.
The candidate must be comfortable leading cross‑functional teams, managing risks, and contributing to system design discussions. This position is 100% onsite in Warsaw, Indiana, with no remote option.
- Lead project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee end‑to‑end Snowflake data integration and migration initiatives.
- Participate in system design discussions and provide occasional hands‑on technical guidance.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and monitor delivery progress.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Communicate project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements.
- 7‑12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Experience leading Snowflake data migration and integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
- Ability to contribute to system design, architectural discussions, and technical decision‑making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience using project management tools for planning and reporting.
- PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
