This entry‑level role sits on the factory floor, collaborating with operators, supervisors and software engineers to diagnose MES, WMS and CMMS issues and keep production moving during night shifts (7:00pm–3:30am EDT).
You’ll read logs, run simple SQL queries, follow runbooks, and escalate accurately when a code fix is needed.
