Business Systems Staff Analyst We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Staff Analyst to support IT solutions and projects focused on Labeling/UDI systems, business requirements, data integration, and systems strategy. This role will partner closely with business and technical teams to drive system enhancements and ensure solutions align with organizational needs.

• - Partner with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeling leadership to review and refine systems strategy.
• - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new IT projects and system enhancements.
• - Lead requirements-gathering efforts while communicating effectively across business and technical teams.
• - Coordinate small to medium-sized projects throughout the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• - Apply ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC principles and practices.
• - Support the integration of data and transactions between applications.
• - Work with data modeling, data governance, and data querying.
• - Ensure compliance with applicable IT security policies and standards.
• - Work effectively across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

• - Strong experience supporting IT solutions and large IT projects.
• - Experience with application/data integrations, data modeling, data governance, and data querying.
• - Strong experience creating business requirements documentation.
• - At least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools.
• - Strong communication, influencing, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• - Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree + 10 years, or High School Diploma/equivalent + 12 years.
