About the Role:
Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team in our 80-bed skilled nursing facility. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader with a strong commitment to quality care and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care and effective teamwork.
• Create a positive, supportive environment for both residents and their families.
• Serve as a resource for residents and healthcare teams, addressing questions, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate significant changes in residents’ conditions promptly to physicians and family members or responsible parties.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in nursing leadership in a long-term care setting, preferably as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON).
