RN Physician Extender

RN Physician Extender – Parkview Regional Medical Center, Warsaw, IN

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday days, 40 hours per week. Posted November 14, 2025.

Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics.

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and institutional policies.
• Maintain compliance with AHA, ANA Standards, Nurse Practice Act, and Code of Ethics.
• Document patient care accurately and treatment plans.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current state Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification.

• Sufficient prior clinical experience during training in the area of assignment.
• Additional experience required depending on area of practice.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs (lifting requirements may be heavier for certain departments).
