Incentives and PayStarting pay has been raised to $15.00 an hour. Certified managers will go up to $16.00. Extra $1.00 when you work on Saturday or Sunday. We offer flexible hours – work 1 day or 5. 30% employee discounts. McPerks – free access to discounts on your favorite brands.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
