Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.47/hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer engagement and rapport building.
• Open/close procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Processing transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handling cash and negotiable items.
• Answering calls and providing legal transaction explanations.
• Collaborating with staff for a positive customer experience.
• Completing training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service-oriented, multi-tasking skills, basic math proficiency, cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.

Commission Plan: Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
