Retail Print Sales Specialist

Role Overview

Retail Print Sales Specialist vide exceptional customer service and solutions for customers’ print needs. Produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. Collaborate and support customers in a fun team‑oriented retail culture. The position is hiring immediately and training is provided.

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open‑ended questions to understand customers’ copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self‑service area utilizing copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting customers with shipping.

• Attention to detail and keen eye to notice quality issues.
• Basic computer skills: open, save, send electronic files; use Microsoft Word or similar.

• Physical ability to lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range; stand and walk continuously.
