We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Warsaw, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.
Responsibilities- Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
- Generating sell-through via selling and training
- Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
- Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
- Conducting training for all stores in the regionli>
- Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad‑hoc basis
- Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount:

- Able to work 3 Saturdays a month.
- Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.
- 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
- Training and education experience in the beauty industry
- Retail store experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Sephora
- Training and education experience in skincare
