We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Warsaw team. In this role, you’ll implement sophisticated software solutions that power the semiconductor intelligence ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with brilliant engineers, Technical Product Managers, and operations experts to develop a cloud‑native, data‑driven platform that delivers real‑world value.

You’ll have both hands‑on development responsibilities and opportunities to influence architecture, mentor peers, and drive technical excellence.

• Design and implement cutting‑edge software using C++, Python, microservices, and AWS
• Collaborate with Product Owners to transform functional and non‑functional requirements into elegant solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code—supported by unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
• Leverage modern AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate innovation
• Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring robust, scalable solutions
• Take ownership of deployed systems—monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance
• Estimate, plan, and deliver features that meet business objectives

• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
• Influence architectural decisions and document technical designs
• Communicate ideas clearly, ask insightful questions, and drive alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, AWS and cloud‑native development
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices
• Demonstrated ability to make and meet commitments
• A passion for solving complex problems with precision and creativity
• A collaborative mindset—someone who builds up teams, not just code

• Experience mentoring or training developers
• Proven influence on system architecture and design decisions
• Familiarity with modern AI development and coding assistants
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud scalability
